We are state licensed home inspector! Trained and certified through National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). We are approved as home inspectors for all Florida insurers to help you with your insurance home inspections to get you the wind mitigation insurance discounts that you qualify for. We are state approved to do all insurance inspections: including the 4-point inspection, plumbing condition certification, roof condition certification, electrical condition certification, AND THE WIND / HURRICANE MITIGATION INSPECTIONS). Lewis, a retired contractor (CRC #041899), will walk with you through the home inspection answering all of your questions and explaining what we find during the home inspection. He will give you tips on how to correct any deficiencies, suggest improvements, explain features, and answer any questions that you may have.
Perry spends his time focused on the home inspection process and the areas harder to inspect (electric, crawl spaces, and roof/attic) searching for any problems and areas of improvements and then points out his inspection findings to you and for Lewis to explain in more detail. During this time Lewis (structure, general, and energy) and Kimberly (plumbing, HVAC, and general) will also be inspecting your home, looking for any deficiencies or special features that the home may have.
As we are inspecting the house we also look for ways to save you money through energy improvements and home insurance discounts.
